  • Cost per space with electricity: $30.00 per day
  • Cost per space without electricity: $20.00 per day

Vendor Details

Please read the following:

  •  I (we) agree to assume full responsibility for my (our) concession stand and will not hold the State of Missouri, the County of Henry, the City of Windsor, or anyone connected with the Windsor SeptemberFest Committee in any way liable for personal injuries, accidents, loss or damage to personal property.

  • Participants agree to observe all rules and regulations of the State Of Missouri, the County of Henry, the City of Windsor and the Windsor SeptemberFest Committee pertaining to the use of FOUL LANGUAGE, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND ALL ILLEGAL DRUGS. Alcoholic beverages shall be consumed only in designated areas and no glass bottles or glasses. Any vendor who acts in a way deemed inappropriate by the committee will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of fees to be given.

  • To adhere to Henry County Health Center Guidelines effective January 1, 2026, All mobile food vendors are required to serve food that is prepared (cooked) on site, or in an inspected commercial kitchen. ALL VENDORS should have a valid temporary, seasonal or annual Food Permit from the Henry County Health Center prior to the event. This valid permit must be submitted to Windsor SeptemberFest by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. A letter with guidelines from the Henry County Health Department will be sent upon request to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Vendor fees will not be refunded for those who fail to provide or do not meet the Henry County Health Department requirements by the Application deadline (August 15, 2026). 

  • The Carnival has the exclusive rights to sell corn dogs, cotton candy, funnel cakes, and lemonade shake-ups. If they should let you sell those products or any other products they are selling, you are asked to sell at the same price as the carnival, or at any place within the designated area of the SeptemberFest activities. Failure to comply will result in being asked to shut down your stand and no refund of your fees.

  • Vendor spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first serve basis. Location of vendors will be assigned at the discretion of the SeptemberFest committee. Vendor location and instructions for setup will be emailed one-week prior to the event. Setup cannot take place prior to 4:00 p.m. Thursday August 28, 2025.

  • Vendor fees must be paid, and the committee in recipet of a valid Food permit, for application to be considered. All fees, once paid, are non-refundable. Checks must be made payable to Windsor SeptemberFest and mailed to Windsor SeptemberFest Committee P.O. Box 252 Windsor, MO 65360, or paid online when completing the online form. 

  • Vendor instructions and a map for set up will be sent to each approved vendor by email no less than 1 week prior to the start of the event. 

By submitting this application and payment thereafter, you agree to the above rules and regulations.
