I (we) agree to assume full responsibility for my (our) concession stand and will not hold the State of Missouri, the County of Henry, the City of Windsor, or anyone connected with the Windsor SeptemberFest Committee in any way liable for personal injuries, accidents, loss or damage to personal property.
Participants agree to observe all rules and regulations of the State Of Missouri, the County of Henry, the City of Windsor and the Windsor SeptemberFest Committee pertaining to the use of FOUL LANGUAGE, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND ALL ILLEGAL DRUGS. Alcoholic beverages shall be consumed only in designated areas and no glass bottles or glasses.
I also agree to abide by the safe food handling procedures established by the Henry County Health Department and the State of Missouri. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations of the Henry County Health Department and the State of Missouri may result in being asked to leave with no refunds of your fees.
The Carnival has the exclusive rights to sell corn dogs, cotton candy, funnel cakes, and lemonade shake-ups. If they should let you sell those products or any other products they are selling, you are asked to sell at the same price as the carnival, or at any place within the designated area of the SeptemberFest activities. Failure to comply will result in being asked to shut down your stand and no refund of your fees.
