We are expanding this event! Indoor and outdoor vendor locations are available. Indoor vendors will be organized in the Windsor Elementary School Gym, Outdoor Vendors will be organized in the front entrance parking lot (facing Main Street by the circle drive entrance.) Vendor location will be determined by the event organizers, and instructions for set up will be sent to each vendor prior to the event.

Vendor spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first-com-first serve basis! Vendor applications will be reviewed by event organizers and are not guaranteed a spot. Vendors applying to be a concession or food truck for this event should complete the Concession Application at:

  • Cost per space inside: $30

Vendor Details

Please read the following:

  • I (we) agree to assume full responsibility for my (our) vendor stand and will not hold the State of Missouri, the County of Henry, the City of Windsor, Windsor Elementary School or anyone connected with the Windsor SeptemberFest Committee in any way liable for personal injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal property.

  • I (we) understand that this craft show is to showcase homemade goods and crafts. The organizers have discretion to deny vendor applications that do not fit the requirements. Any vendor fees that have been prepaid will not be returned to a denied applicant.

  • Food and home baked/made vendors are required to submit a valid temporary, seasonal or annual Food Permit from the Henry County Health Center no later than August 15, 2026. This valid permit must be submitted to Windsor SeptemberFest by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Vendors who do not present a valid license are not allowed to participate in the event.

  • No used or flea market items will be allowed.

  • Participants agree to observe all rules and regulations of the State of Missouri, the County of Henry, the City of Windsor, Windsor Elementary School, and the Windsor SeptemberFest Committee pertaining to the use of FOUL LANGUAGE or UNAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR.

  • Vendors must remain set up until the published event time has expired. (2:00 p.m.) Vendors who leave or begin tearing down early will not be asked back for the following year.

  • Vendors who choose outside will not be moved inside in case of rain or weather factors. Please prepare accordingly for the location you choose.

  • Please make checks payable to: Windsor SeptemberFest. All vendor fees are non-refundable. Applications will not be considered without paid vendor fees.

By submitting this application and payment thereafter, you agree to the above rules and regulations. Online registration will not be complete until payment is made on the next page.
